At Kyotics, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. Because our services are delivered digitally and involve preparation time from our team, we maintain a clearly defined refund policy as outlined below.
1. Digital Services — General Policy
All services offered by Kyotics are digital in nature and delivered online via video call, email, or online platforms. Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet started.
Once a service has commenced — including a consultation session beginning, social media content being created, or access to materials being granted — the transaction is considered complete and no refund will be issued.
2. Consultation Sessions
- Full Refund: Eligible if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- No Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, fail to attend, or the session has already taken place.
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a consultation up to 12 hours before the appointment at no additional charge (once per booking).
3. Monthly Social Media Packages
- Full Refund: If you request cancellation before any work has begun for the current billing cycle.
- Partial Refund: A pro-rated refund may be considered at Kyotics' discretion if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the billing cycle start and no content has been published.
- No Refund: Once posts, graphics, or strategy documents have been delivered or published, refunds cannot be issued for the current billing cycle.
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation applies from the next billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible timeframe at support@kyotics.in or call +91 93294 20677. Include your name, email, payment or order ID, and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times are typically 5–10 business days for credit or debit cards, and 3–7 business days for UPI or net banking, subject to your bank's timeline.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- The service has already been delivered or commenced
- You changed your mind after service delivery
- Results did not meet subjective expectations (digital marketing outcomes vary by business and market)
- The cancellation was made outside the eligible timeframe
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
